When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. I use a progressive style fitness program combined with macro nutrient meal planning customized to your health goals. Instead of handing you a meal plan and workouts, I teach you how to build your own meals through macros, and how to train for best effects. There is no one size fits all fitness program design.
